Asphalt Paving & Repairs
How long does asphalt paving take?
The timeline depends on the project size, but most residential driveways can be completed in one to two days, while commercial projects may take longer.
How soon can I drive on new asphalt?
Typically, you should wait at least 24 to 48 hours before driving on new asphalt. In hotter weather, it may take longer to fully cure.
What causes cracks and potholes in asphalt?
Cracks and potholes form due to water penetration, extreme temperatures, heavy traffic, and aging asphalt. Regular maintenance can help extend the life of your pavement.
How are asphalt cracks repaired?
We clean out the cracks and apply hot rubberized crack filler to prevent further damage and water infiltration.
Sealcoating & Striping
What is sealcoating, and why is it important?
Sealcoating is a protective layer applied to asphalt to prevent damage from UV rays, water, and chemicals. It extends the lifespan of your pavement and keeps it looking fresh.
How often should I sealcoat my asphalt?
We recommend every 2 to 3 years, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Can I park on my asphalt right after sealcoating?
No, sealcoating needs at least 24 to 48 hours to fully cure before vehicles can drive or park on it.
